As a way to celebrate the official inauguration of Longwood
University’s 25th President, Patrick Finnegan, the University
will
be holding a day of service event entitled “Longwood Gives Back” in his
honor
on Thursday, October 20, 2011.
Community
Agencies
and non-profits all over Farmville have submitted their volunteer
projects and
are asking Longwood students, faculty and staff to put on some work
gloves and
show some love for President Finnegan by “giving back."
